The management process is complex and the multitude of leases represents a challenge when it comes to their renewal. The solution allows the creation of a collaboration space for each legal case, lets the users search for cases and documents, and displays the next actions required for each case. Furthermore, the solution offers a lease deadline management mechanism to notify the concerned resources of the eventual expiry of a lease before the required renewal deadline."
