The NLC has selected AlphaMosaïk to deploy SharePoint 2007 and BlackPearl for its transactional portal, which will be used to manage the company’s internal promotions for its employees and suppliers.

This complex and ever-changing process was becoming harder to manage as time went by. The solution proposed by AlphaMosaïk (Microsoft/K2) will facilitate collaboration between all parties involved, including the external suppliers. The solution enables the collection of data regarding the promotional budgets for each line of product, and provides the most up-to-date information regarding promotional opportunities offered by the NLC (AirMiles Reward, discounts, advertising, etc.) to suppliers via the SharePoint corporate extranet. The information collected enables the marketing department to dynamically and automatically assign the different displays for each promotional cycle and select the promotions which will be offered during specific periods.”
