AlphaMosaik signs a new MS SharePoint contract with Option Retraite Montreal

AlphaMosaik, Quebec’s leading provider of IT services and Microsoft Gold Partner, is proud to announce the signing of a new contract with Option Retraite. Option Retraite has acquired the services of AlphaMosaik to implement an internal incident management system on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

The first phase of the project will allow the users of the firm to input any internal incident related to hardware or software problems (breakdown, application problems, required support, etc.), by using the technological solution provided by AlphaMosaik. The users and management personnel will be able to access, in real-time, the status of all internal incidents. They will also be able to generate statistics and reports on: the number of ongoing or solved internal incidents, the resolution time and suggested solutions, to name a few, via a dashboard (Scorecard) on the corporate portal.
