 Our remote supervision service provides our client with the ability to monitor their systems and applications in real time in order to deliver an optimal level of service. We are able to detect system failures as soon as they occur (and in certain cases, even before they do) and to take the required measures to resolve these issues, including escalation measures for the client.
 
Our agents deployed on the servers can also detect invalid or non-authorized user profiles and to provide recommendations regarding the appropriate corrective measures and preventive maintenance.
 
  • Monitoring services are offered during business hours (from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) or 24h/7,
  • Covers the following applications: SharePoint, SQL, Windows, K2, etc.,
  • Proactive management of the events and alerts based on thresholds,
  • Analysis of the identified issues and their origin as well as their resolution thanks to our team of specialists,
  • Trend analysis and reporting,
  • On-site or remote resolution of issues.
